- Since 01 Jenuary 2011 there is a tax of 2 euro per day per person older than 10 years (to be paid separately at the time of delivery of the keys).
- The high season runs from 21 December to 06 Jenuary, two weeks between Easter, from 01 April to 15 July and from 15 September to 31 October.
- 30% deposit upon booking, balance in cash + deposit of 150,00 € to deliver upon arrival and returned upon departure.
- In case of cancellation, immediately send an e-mail notice. If there are missing 15 days from arrival the full amount will be refunded otherwise nothing will be returned. The date in the e-mail states the right to reimbursement.
- Baby sitting service available for a fee.
- The crib for the baby is free.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Check in on arrival
Handing in the keys of the house is done according to the agreed timetable, not before 12.00 am and no later than 23.00. If any delay on arrival occurs, please contact us in time.
- Keys return to your departure
The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure in the same condition found upon your arrival, that is leaving it tidy and clean otherwise we will deduct from the deposit € 50.00.
- Number of people allowed in the apartment
The number of guests may not exceed in any case the number of beds (6 beds + baby), penalty failure of the contract.
- Consumption of water, electricity and gas
Consumption above are included in the sum agreed upon the contract.
- Bed linen and towels
Bed linen and towels are included for periods exceeding 3 nights, for shorter periods is available only at your request and must be paid on site € 10.00 per person.
- Sub lease
The property may in no case be sub leased to third parties, penalty failure of the contract.
- Smoke
Smoking is not allowed here.
- Pets
No pets allowed.
